Domestic Cleans Include: General household cleaning such as dusting all accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning kitchens (benches, sinks, stovetops, and exterior of appliances), cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors), emptying bins. Does not include deep cleaning, inside ovens/fridges, wall washing, or outdoor areas unless requested.*
Bond Cleans Include: A comprehensive end-of-lease clean covering all domestic cleaning tasks plus detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, inside ovens, cupboards, and drawers, internal windows and tracks, skirting boards, doors, light switches, and spot cleaning walls where accessible. Designed to meet standard real estate and property manager requirements (subject to property condition)
Deep Cleans Include: A detailed and intensive clean targeting built-up dirt, grime, and hard-to-reach areas. Includes all domestic cleaning tasks plus deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, skirting boards, doors and door frames, light switches, power points, ceiling fans, vents, internal windows and tracks, and detailed attention to high-touch and neglected areas. Ideal for first-time cleans, seasonal cleans, or homes needing extra care. Does not include external areas or specialised services unless requested.
Holiday Cleans Include: Turnover cleaning for short-term or holiday rentals, including full domestic clean, changeover of beds (linen laundering if arranged), cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, rubbish removal, and restocking of basic supplies if requested. Cleaning scope may vary depending on guest turnover schedule and property needs.
